Tasted at the winery. Really enchanting nose with deep dark fruits and a hint of spiciness that goes all the way down and tickles the back of your throat. Medium-to-medium-plus body with strong drying tannins and medium-low acid. Flavors of coffee, ripe plums, and some dried fruits. You could really taste how this integrated both the Fay and SLV fruit. Still this was a riper and lower acid style than I prefer. My wife liked this a lot.

Cassis, black olives, rich spice and graphite. A lot of structure with refined tannins, supported by bright acidity. With time this will integrate well and quite become a beautiful wine. Not sure if the QPR matches up, but a good wine otherwise.

Complex nose. Dates, turkish delight, cocoa powder, some musky/bazaar spice. More exotic and rich than the other cabernets. Medium plus tannin, solid acidity. This feels tight, and has plenty of stuffing, much more so than the other cabernets we tried here. More cocoa/spice/fig on a long finish.
