Pale lemon in colour, the nose has everything that you expect of a Riesling but not very intense. Some petrol, lemon zest and pineapple. The palate is bone dry, has a good acidity but there is a bitterness on the finish that doesn't make it fully pleasant. I would say that is a bit overpriced too.

Stonefruit, lemon, and petrol aromas are enhanced by a lovely floral, honeysuckle aspect. Bright, dry, and resonant, with lovely tension and just the right weight and texture. More honeysuckle funnels through on the racy and sapid finish.

Citrusy or green apple. Somewhat acidic. As white wines go, unusual. Maybe slightly floral. None of the “petrol” notes that some Rieslings have. Better at 55 to 60 like a red, not straight out of the fridge.

petrol character and fruit tended towards the citrus end of spectrum. Lemon zest and perhaps kefir leaves. Pleasant texture was notable and execution was good. Following another alsace this one was noted to have in common the dry fermentation and citrus chracter though was inferior in terms of interest.

Pale straw color. Fruity, dry, and not oaky. Pear and zesty kumquat. Full bodied but balanced by a very lively acidity, especially on day 1 (California rolls). Also worked with grilled cheese (day 3).

Lemon and unleaded petrol. My wife asked why anyone would like petrol - she’s asked the same about sea spray. I love her but our tastes not aligned…Medium acid. Touch of petrichor.

Really delicious again. Enjoyed this in Cape Cod. The wine has wonderful acidity, a great lemon note, plenty of fruit and interest. Retains its interest even as it warms up. Good stuff and great value. We reconfirm its 92 pt rating for us.

Really nice wine for food. The wine is pale yellow with a hint of pale green perhaps?
On the nose is lemon, some tart apple.
On the palate, the wine has excellent mouthfeel, high acidity, very dry, medium body. Very well balanced, but more or the zingy, food-friendly acidity side than an opulent Meursault. The taste is of lemon, Granny Smith apples, some minerality, very refreshing.
A great wine for its price. Makes me think of a good Chablis. Had with feta cheese pasta; would be good with a cheese plate. Would repeat. 91-92 pts.

Stone, apple and a hint of petrol on the nose. Petrol faded away and completely gone by the second day. Palate was citrus, apple and mineral. Medium-high acidity that was dialed back on the second day. A little muted on the second day but overall seemed more balanced.

New vintage for me.... On nose and palate: very similar to the 2018 vintage, green apple, thyme, lemon, sea salt and stony minerals on a lean, but not thin body.....splendidly consistent.,.year after year....can age well.

Granny Smith apple, Meyer lemon, and unripe peach notes coalesce, with hints of minerality and a dash of sea salt in the background. Lively acidity too.

Very pleasant, softening and rounding out a bit and at this point both an apertif as well as food wine. Clear light yellow, surprisingly warm nose with honeysuckle as well as citrus, crisp palate with initial white stone fruit and citrus but a warmer butter note developing on the mid palate. Good QPR wine, will develop further with further proper cellaring and definitely recommend.

45mm agglomerated cork enclosure. Pale, bright gold in colour. Medium intensity nose. Apricots, citrus - esp. lemon, white stone fruit and even a bit buttery. Not super complex. Hard to nail. Pronounced intensity on the palate. Very dry. High acidity, medium body. Well balanced for all that. Zingy is a good word here. Impressively long finish that has fruit and acidity in tandem. A food wine I’d suggest, capable of taking on fairly robust flavours.

Very good value for money. lovely nose, fresh, clean and crisp. In spite of its youth, it drinks remarkably well already. Was a perfect companion (for a week day!) to a fresh lobster open ravioli and its tomato and vodka creamy sauce... We have to compensate for bloody lockdown any way we can....
