No decanting First bottle ever - tasted in a Zalto Bordeaux and Zalto universal glass. I prefered the Bordeaux glass. It got very closed and didnt get that much out of it, in the universal - tasted at the temperature of 12 degrees and got warmer with time
The nose: Fruit forward with blackberry, cherry, boysenberry, strawberry, blackcurrant. A smalle earthy touch and oak at the end. Very greay to sniff
The palate: Fruity, fresh mouthfull. All about the fruit here. Not much else. Still this earthy thing, but muted. Pleasent, soft texture, silky.
Tannin medium- Acidity medium - Light body
I'm 90 points on this. Its great, but I do love the Le Fou much more. Thats a Rhone wine that kicks ass.

Fleshy, lush, fruit-driven Grenache (90/10 Grenache/Syrah), with enough tannins to keep the fat under check. There is nothing tempered about this wine, but it does have a bit of earthiness to keep things interesting. The Arcane line seems to be more this typicity than the Xavier CdPs which are more refined and balanced. Good for pizza night.

Generöst fruktigt med rödblå bärkompott. Tanniner finns men de är snälla. Medelstor syrlighet stramar ändå upp det här mycket lättdruckna vinet. Men man vill ha en matbit till.

Notes after 4 hours in decanter. Very dark maroon hue with clear legs and no sediment. Profound wildflowers, pine forest, and berry pie aromas. Medium body with a smooth texture and a perfect tannin influence for my personal taste. Deep flavors, rather sweet, but I think that's just Grenache being Grenache ;) It also feels a bit tightly wound overall and another year or two of aging seems like a good idea. I'll have to see how it behaves tomorrow, if there's any left. It's a fantastic wine to have with burgers or any char-broiled mammal. Day 2: Even more depth and still a velvet glove around the cheeks. This will see even better days to come. 5+11+17+8= 91

Strawberry cream, earthiness, forest floor, and a long finish with backbone. Came in hot with higher alcohol, but not unbalanced. Rich fruit, nice minerality. Can age.

Tät, mörk och smakrik. En smakmässigt stiltypisk Cote du Rhône fast på steroider. Mer av allt. Mörkare och mer intensiv. God smak.

Dense black, blue fruit without much nuance. Pleasant enough for pizza on a Wednesday night. Least compelling of the XV wines.

Rather generic red wine. Nice oak vanilla, smooth low structure and approachable. Easy weekday drinker to be consumed in the near term.

Great Rhône, and for the price a real great deal.
I love the Arcane series, and at this price point it's a really good introduction to the range.

Modern, extracted, but empty... Heavy but light. Life's to short for wines like this!

Mycket frukt och bär. Inte svårdrucket, men ganska intetsägande.

This was a weird wine for me. Pretty closed up but with some obvious qualities. Felt rather "constructed".
