No notes- PnP at Addison with the first course. While super young, this wine shows it’s built to age a bit more than the 2019 ( it a knock on ‘19 as it is already so damn yummy) as it bursts from the glass with such a pronounced minerality enveloped in yellow citrus. As the wine warms and with time in the glass, it begins to showcase more depth and complexity with wonderful Energy and Lift. Excellent.

Young, tight but already drinking really well, some oak tannin, ripe fruit, obvious oak and malolactic notes but really well made, great balance, length and complexity

Sexy, delicious, with a buttered popcorn finish. With some air this is pretty great right now. Hard to resist. But probably best with a few years more.

Gorgeous wine! Elegant, satiny and detailed with a beautiful bread dough, orange blossom and citrus-spice aromatic core and a chiseled, textured palate with racy and zesty lemony acids driving all of its flavors home. Going to age seamlessly.

One of the very best whites I’ve ever had 🥂 The Domaine Leflaive footprint is all over the place; Razor sharp saline and stony minerality and delicate flavors of baked lemon, white peach, pear, almonds and oak. Creamy mouthfeel and a super long finish. Yum!

Gorgeous nose that needed quite a bit of air to open up. There is clear reduction with a bit of matchstick notes with lots of lemon and mineral notes underneath along with a bit of smokey notes. Good acidity with rich mouthfeel and excellent balance on the palate. Falvors of lemon, green apple, and smoke. Long finish. This is super delicious already. A beautiful wine with great complexity, although with a very clear and distinct producer style. 95+

2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Medium expressive nose displaying subdued yellow citrus fruit, lemon curd, a hint of pyrazine, smoke, cream and limestone. I am really surprised by the pyrazine note. Medium concentration, slightly coiled yellow citrus fruit, good focus, bright acidity, medium limestone mineral, and a medium to long finish with pyrazine at the end.

Fresh and bright for the vintage, with green apple and stoney minerality. Nicely textured, good cut, surprisingly good.

Medium body. Nice fruit but needs more time to gain harmony.

Showing quite well from bottle. Good poise in '20 for a Clavoillon.
