Lots of pineapples, lemons and peaches in a medium body with a long, moderately complex finish. The extra body contributes to making this wine a great buy. Lots of bang for the buck.

Don't let the the screw cap fool you: this is excellent wine. Bright and fresh still, great fruit and acidity. Paired very well with Dungeness crab cakes.

Color is slightly golden but little or no oak influence; aroma is complex with stone fruit and forest notes; body is medium to full; slight spritz on the tongue on PnP, but the acid integrates nicely in the glass; finish is bone dry and lasting; a nice hidden gem with little known grapes and a Great QPR.

A mixture of the three names of the families who are the tether of this co-op. A lovely smell as it were in kinda the SB family of things. Tangy and fresh and lively. At $16 or so it works it out. Fun SB replacement.

Served warm but has the bright fruit character on the nose. Crisp on the palate but no overly so. It's not amazingly compelling but its still good drinking.

We must protect the people at Plaimont at all cost!
They're the vignerons doing important work rescuing native varieties from extinction in the southwest of France. And this bottle is a noble testament to the work they do.
A blend of 60% Gros Manseng, 25% Petit Corbu, 15% Arrufiac - these varieties are traditional to Saint Mont in the Gascogne region in France.
Pale yellow with gold inflections. The nose is exotic yet at the same time familiar. White peach, green citrus, green herbs like lemongrass and cilantro and fleshy orchard fruits. Shows best when at about 50 deg F. Racy acidity with exotic Asian herbal undertone on the palate. The finish is mineral, saline and brings to mind sweet ginseng and angelica root and lasts a good 60 seconds. Love this stuff!
