Medium bubbles; well balanced; more sweet than toast; nice compliment to savory/salty foods, although drinks well on its own. For price point, would certainly buy more.

First Cremant. Interesting, yeasty. Much less "fizz", fuller. Tried it with a variety of food types. Overall best with spicy chicken wings. Not sure if I'd buy again. Unclear to me if it's the style, or the bottle.

Retail tasting. Caramel and toasted almonds. More than a bit flabby, it came across as fairly cloying. This may be better with dessert than by itself, but I feel like I've had much better demi-sec sparklers.

Yellow, nice acid and sweet lemon. Full bodied. Orange citrus nose. This was enjoyable, but it seemed too sweet on its own and not quite ??? enough with the thai food.

Light to medium straw color with light stone fruit, and a sense of light apple on the nose. The fruit comes thru here with just the right sense of underlying sweetness without being too sweet...good frame work to balance this out giving a nice dry twang on the end.

My wedding day bubbly to accompany a lemon chiffon wedding cake with lemon curd and buttercream frosting. Could not have been a more beautiful paring! Slight sweetness and good florality with fine and plentiful bubbles. Georgeous!

Very special. 84% Flora, 9% Chard., 6% Pinot Noir, 1% Gewürztraminer. Beautiful, beautiful. Not as sweet as I had expected -- just a touch of fleeting sweetness on the front. Nice, fine bubbles. Soft fruit with a whisper of white flowers. Sublime! Pair with wedding cake! Cork. (D 4.5, F 6; Pine)

Paired well with cheesecake due to its inherent sweetness. Cremant had wonderful mousse to it.

Decent bottle, but I just like the blanc de noirs much better.

Toasty, nutty, vanilla yielding to creamy apricot with a hint of sour citrus and round berry. Enjoyably different.

Drank this at an offline featuring Thai food. A yellow/golden color. Slightly sweet when warm, not as sweet when chilled. Very enjoyable for $30.
