Gave to my wife who asked for a white wine to add half a cup to a pork loin dish. That worked fine and it turns out this was a very fine quaffer for the cooks as well (I think I did stir some sauce). Also I thought it was a great match with the apple pan dowdy dessert (although apparently everyone else had had too much of my other wine). Pears and some peach in a creamy full texture, good acidity. For about ten bucks and change this is a sweet deal.

Still rested on the lees of Viognier. But fairly big and briochey right now. Creamy sweet vanilla. Short finish but plesant enough wine. Good enough at $10.99

On the second day (after vacuum sealing and leaving on the counter) the acidity is more prevalent. It's big mouth-filling acidity on the palate and it's a bit difficult to get past.

Pale lemon color. Clear and strong honey on the nose, lots of it. Light honey on the palate (like honey diluted to 50% strength). Solid midpalate transition of tropical fruit to an orange-flavored, dry, and somewhat austere finish.
Foil capsule, synthetic cork closure.

Standard french style chardonnay - not much oak or alcohol. Mostly the fruit taste and nose.

A worthy drink. Very fresh, honest, and pure with great acidity and loads of charm.

Honey is right! Almost mead like in the nose but not the palate. Rather thin, floral along with the honey. Rather cleansing finish with good acidity.
