Beautiful Salmon color. Wonderful wine for a hot day. Very refreshing. A lot of watermelon, some red cherry and just a touch of oak. Nice mouthfeel with great lift and vibrant acidity on the finish.

Beautiful pale salmon. Drank with a delicious outdoor meal of pasta with sausage and meatballs, salads of fresh beans and tomato, and fruit. Delightful.

Unusual orange pink color(kind of salmon) wine that is full of pepper and spices. Not as light as the color would sugest, and melon fruit flavors are surounded by root of vegetable tones like turnips and rutagaba. Quite dry. Nice wine.

Wonderful bottle of Rose. Interesting Orange/pink color. Nose of Strawberries, a hint of Vanilla and some melon. Great silky mouthfeel with the melon really predominating and a great finish. This is just an overall tasty wine. Fully dry wine that was wonderfully crisp and very refreshing. I will stock up for the summer (yes, even at the 20 dollar price tag) as this has to be one of the most complex and nicest bottles of Rose I've had in a while.

Southern French Values with a Mediterranean Meal: Another lovely, fresh Provencale rose. Light color leaning more to yellow than copper. Forward aromas of strawberry and red flesh melon. Crisp but with some body and viscosity, completely dry. Some tannin at the end. All told, an enjoyable summer drink that I would (in fact, will) buy again for near term enjoyment.

A bit viscous and a bit phenolic, perhaps a touch of heat as it warms up. Very mineral with lots of ripe melon and peach, white flowers, herbs de Provence, even a hint of pepper. Pretty tasty stuff if not as pure, light and overall splendid as the Tempier.

A bit flat and lacking fruit. It could have been an off bottle.

As fresh as can be--reminded me of fermenting wine--strawberry, gooseberry, wild cherry. Lots of acidity and verve. Very refreshing.
