Delicious! Petrol, grass, stone fruit, tropical fruit. Hint of sweetness. Just enough acid to hold it all together. Wish I had a bunch more! Drink or hold, probably good for 3-5 more years.

nose: pine, pineapple. Crisp, quick finish. A little bitter, but easy to drink, very good. sweet aftertaste. As it warms up, petrol comes out and takes over.

Not as good once it starts to warm up, but while it's under about 65°, it's still quite wonderful. The kerosene note seems like it's a little stronger now. Even for it not being very sweet, it paired well with chicken in a fairly spicy Thai-style simmer sauce.
A crisp Riesling in the dryer, Rheingau style, but not so dry as to lose character (as so many dry Rieslings in the states can). Very nice effort from a winemaker who studied in Riesling's Vaterland.

Tasted #2 of 5. Very classic Riesling flavors, even the hint of Kerosene that I was not expecting from this Napa Valley offering. Delicious, off-dry but feels sweeter due to the fruitiness.

Drank on the Beach in Marin. good acid, a little green note, perhaps liek Pinot Grigio as others have suggested: a little malic. Nonetheless a good, austere, very-nearly-dry Riesling from this German-trained winemaker. not a patch on his Jana Rieslings though. Not intensely concentrated or as minerally as those ones, but a good balanced wine nonetheless.

Pale straw yellow. Golden apple, light petrol, and melon nose. Medium bodied, lemon rind, grapefruit, river stones, very acidic, with a dry, tart medium length finish. Nice nose, but has a disjointed palate.

strong petrol nose with some geranium, orange zest, cedar and a kind of formal garden post sunshower nose. Dry and possessing nice acidity but not all that complex. Finish fades quickly. The aromas in the nose are the best thing about this wine. Intriguing.

Off the three Rieslings Scott Harvey makes (the other two are released under his Jana label), this is distinctly my third choice. It's a pleasant and refreshing drinking experience, but it has a one-note green apples taste that could stand to be subtler. I still enthusiastically recommend it, but with the caveat that if you're buying from Scott Harvey, you can do better.
Nose: not big. Get that good petrol scent. Floral. Taste: OK acidity. Agree with an earlier commenter about a pinot-gris like note, but I also get pear. Nice mouth feel with almost a hint of effervescence. Easy to drink, but short finish and not hugely complex.

Pale straw in the glass, nose of pear and citrus. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with predominantly citrus taste. Medium finish. Overall very smooth and easy to drink.

A perfect partner for charcoal-smoked chicken leg quarters and mashed potatoes.

Dry, tasty, if a little malic for me at moments. Very good value, though his Jana Rieslings are another step up!

Classic Riesling. Citrus, a little mineral, a little petroleum.

Not sweet at all. Still very crisp. I imagine much more of a European style of wine.
