Light in body with orange zest and mandarine orange aroma and flavor. Just off-dry. Lovely Kabinett from a favorite vintage. 10.5% stated alcohol. APN 013 08. Cellared since original release. Drink or hold.

Lychee, stone fruits on nose. Fresh fruit spilled over a rocky mountain stream on palate. Very long aftertaste and adequate acidity. Drinking very well now but sure to evolve with time.

Opened for my daughters and left balance on counter for 3 days. Quick chill and this wine is right where I love my Rieslings. Plenty of fruit but plenty of acidity to keep it all in check as well. Not much petrol, gasoline this time around but lots of spice and lychee notes. Fantastic with and without food - grilled salmon and peppers.

Subtle nose of petrol and citrus fruit. Balanced flavor of fruits (green apple), slight petrol, with a touch of minerality and effervescence. Well-balanced wine that pairs well with food.

Monthly Tasting Group: Rieslings and Thai Food (Tum Rup Thai, Mpls): Light golden color. Drank one glass over an hour. The nose is really muted on this, very subtle petrol, barely detectable citrus. The palate is not much better, citrus, a little acid still, but fairly flat. Drinkable, but not very interesting. At least one in the group thought this was oxidized or heat damaged. Current impression is 86, but I will withhold the score given this may be flawed.

Lots of sulpher on day one so corked and put in fridge. Day two this wine is drinking well with stony, minerally, slatey fresh fruit. Not overly sweet, actually just a tad off dry.

Very nice, stone fruits - but not cloyingly sweet, some salinity, balancing acidity, long finish. Really wish I had bought a few more bottles.

Taking on a little petrol with nice acidity and ample fruit on day 1. Faded a little after dinner, but was very good with spicy tapas.
