Grass, fresh herbs, gooseberry, and grapefruit make up the enticing aromatics. Incredible crispness with strong acidic taste that truly makes this wine soar.

Key lime, honeydew rind, asparagus, freshly cut hay and sweet clover on the nose. Lime zest, dried hay, fresh lima bean on the palate with bright acidity and medium finish. Very pleasant wine and great value.

Nice nose of lemon and thyme. Smooth and refreshing and perfect with cheese and crackers. Inexpensive wine available at Costco's and nice break from the New Zealand varieties. I will buy more of this wine.

Great QPR. Pale yellow color. Grapefruit & kiwi on the nose. Nice acidity, medium body. Grapefruit, citrus dominate the palate. Long finish for a S. Blanc. Would have rated higher but not much minerality or complexity. An excellent drinking wine though.

Grapefruit and grass clippings on the nose. Pink grapefruit up front with a nice cantaloupe sorbet mid-palate. The lime on the acidic finish is really nice. This is a tremendous value at $10.

Sort of a Big Bang example of how well the Chilean producers of SB can express the richness and uniqueness of the varietal. Well-crafted and meticulously balanced, Montes offers a memorable example of the grape, with grassy, crisp flavors, bright acidity and a long snappy finish. Amazing QPR at $10.

13,5% d'alcool, 100% sauvignon blanc

Lots of grapefruit but no tropical undertones to soften the taste.

Overwhelming green apple to me. Some citrus and pear. Nice acididty, easy drinking. Overall not my style, as its a little too grassy but I enjoyed.

Icons of the Andes tasting (Crown - Boca Raton, FL): Very light in color and also light bodied. Some jalepeno and citrus and has a little bite on the finish. Not my favorite style of SB.
