After having this wine serverel times it has never disappointed me. Full of fruit, and just a tiny sexy bit of wildness. It really hits the spot. Often at a good price point at bars og restaurents.
Great stuff!

This is all about texture. It has masses of acidity but impressively has a soft creamy body. Some tart apple and lemon as well. I have the feeling that a few years of age would do this wonder.

50% Pinot Noir & 50% Chardonnay, but the later dominates the lean style. Bright & crisp, with just a touch of green apple. Not a favorite of mine, but a nice change of pace from big Pinot-dominated Champagnes.

Terres et Vins de Champagne 'a Portland; 5/17/2013-5/18/2013 (E&R Wine Shop, Portland OR): Soft, light minerals and apples on the nose. Very nice mouse on the palate, which is soft and really luscious. Tons of soft bubbles. Feels like cream. Nice minerality and sweet lemon. Good lingering acidity on the finish, but then it kind of dies. Not quite following through on the promise of the palate.

Fantastically fine bubbles. Nose full of Apple, honey, doughy and floral notes. Great body with apple and honey all over. I love this kind of bottle where I disagree totally with the "experts". Really great Champagne.

With its beautifull pinkish hue in the glass this could go as a rose.
A has a stonefruit like character, think peach and nectarin, some raspberries, fresh ocean.
And a clear note of Blegian lambic.

Still find this to have too much tartness. Far prefer the Pouillon Cuvée de Reserve Brut.

How much champagne can you drink in a day?; 8/7/2010-8/8/2010 (Reims, France): Flowers, perfume, butter and cream. Very interesting mix. Followed by some light red fruits and nuts. Long green apple/pear finish.
