Clearly better than the last bottle! Intense, bright gold. Complex, wild (spontaneus fermentation), exotic nose, a lot of still fresh (pineapple)fruit with a minerality backbone, silky texture, not getting worse on day day 2...

Deep, gold-flecked yellow. Medium-bodied creamy texture. Citrus fruit provides lift, with added tension and structure from a pronounced chalky minerality that fans out mid-palate. Unwooded. Classic, terroir-driven wine. A trace of heat on the finish (14% ABV). A bit closed after popping and pouring, but really sings on day 2.

Over the peak, both in nose and mouth aging-notes, but still a ok every day new world chardonnay. Has lost its typical spontaneous fermentation notes. Drink up now

showing some age in terms of colour, a bit oxidized. Pineapple on the nose. Intense and creamy mouthfeel. Nicely balanced. Time to drink up - a very nice wine.

Light yellow color. Aromas of tropical fruits, peach pits , lychee and oak. Ripe, full-bodied fruit in the mouth with good structure and length and well-integrated oak. Very fleshy and "new world" in style with a slightly wild character. At peak.

Monthly Tasting Group HWS #046; A mixed set of white, red and sweet wines. (By RT): Enormously tasty chardonnay with a lot of ripe tropical fruits. Concentrated. Soft citrus in the background. Still very youthful. 88+
