Medium lemon-green in color. Very subtle, clean, youthful nose. Green apple, citrus, a little toasty oak. All its components are medium (-) except the body and the flavor intensity.

The nose is almost entirely missing: as the wine warms in the glass, one can barely discern notes of green apple and lemon soda on ice.
The palate is soft, with some oak, but not in a disturbing fashion. Then a surprisingly pleasant and fresh long finish which lifts the whole experience.

Chardonnay from Italy (Verona - Vinitaly): Light straw yellow, with intense smell, complex and fine: fruity and mineral, with a clear almond tone. Very dry, alcoholic (12,5%). Medium acidity and minerality. Body 7 All wine passing new barriques. Wood taste is evident, but not covering the varietal characteristics.

Nice taste of honey and lemon on the nose. In the taste the wine is crisp and acid, but at the same time some honey sweetness..
