Cloudy appearance. The nose shows grilled lemons, white peach, green pear, white flowers and yeast. Very dry and a little coarse mouthfeel. Medium acidity and decent intensity to the flavors. Zesty citrus, yeast and unripe peach. Some bitterness on the finish.

straw yellow hazy, high amount of moderately fine mousse... mildly aromatic with floral stone fruits and pear... no toast, dough, oxidative aromas. on the palate dry with moderate acids, a coarse midpalate and finish. slightly coarse wine balance wise with shortish length, ok intensity and complexity. a very, dry prosecco that is better than the sweet industrial stuff, nothing crazy interesting of complex but then again what prosecco is? rating tries to reflect it's position in the world of NV sparkling wines, not the world of NV prosecco which would be higher. drink now.

Hay color, cloudy. Fine bubbles. On the palate, margherita mix, pear, earth. Dry. Has a mint-lime taste. Light-bodied. A lingering sweetness that is slight but lingers annoyingly. Overall, I'm glad I tried it because it's definitely a much more rustic, "real" prosseco, but in the end I don't think it has a little too much going on, and therefore no clarify of flavor.
Buy again? No, though I wouldn't pass it down if somebody else does. Recommend? To wine geeks seeking authentic, quirky wines.

Very natural...but not that delicious. Almost no bubbles and a yeasty, musty earthy type vibe (but not in a good way). Maybe this was an off bottle? Seemed 'flat' in many ways - certainly a let-down relative to expectations set by Chambers Street Wines.

It is opaque, with light complexion, gives raw and aromatic sensations of young peach, stimulates your palate with fine sparkles and a gingery finishing. Good.

Cloudy, and smells like a natural wine. Apparently done with a very strange tank method. That is a strange wine as well.

The sheer volume of flavor here is remarkable, and it's so lemony, creamy, and precise.

Nose: A bit of green apple & pear.
Palate: Fine bubbles but funnier after taste.
Not my cup of tea.

2010 - disgorged in 2011. Magnum.
Cloudy yellow, yeasty and leesy. Some pear notes sine through. Dry. Complex for prosecco.

Sydney Italian Wine Festival - Sparkling Masterclass (Sydney, Australia): Cloudy coloured. Musk, herb, slate and apple. The palate has a round element but the acid comes in over the top and on the finish it feels too harsh. A little bit dull overall as well.

I drank through several of these in magnum this summer. Cloudy, pear-y, minerally, frivolous, fun.

quite lovely. Understated. Simple. Quaffable. More mineral than fruit. Great for a summer evening quaf.

I was not a fan of this, though I picked up that it was Prosecco right away. I know this is supposed to be the wine geek's Prosecco, but no thanks.

This case will go much too quickly. A lighter-bodied and very refreshing Prosecco. Nice stuff.
