By the glass at Radio Maria. Pale yellow. Notes of mineral and white flowers, a hint of citrus. Something akin to an Albatino. Lively acidity, with citrus zest and mineral tones.

Spain! (Farpointe Cellar): The nose had crushed rock and fresh peaches, a little apple, and some floral notes. The palate was crisp and clean, with apple and stone, floral notes, and a good peach finish.

Great summertime wine -- light, citrusy. Brought this to wine diner at Bistro Bisou. Everyone liked it, though it followed a 1993 Dom Perignon, so it obviously wasn't in the same class/

Wine Education Service - Galicia (LSE): Bright, silvery. Plesantly, lightly aromatic. Fruity attack, obvious accompaniment for shellfish, light and refreshing, medium length.

Discovering Wine: A Basque region wine of light straw that is very slightly effervescent. The nose has a chalky component with lots of floral scent. This has great acid zing with white peaches and slate. The finish brings out the Champagne-like tartness and minerals with a little citrus and more acid zing. This is very unique for a Spanish wine and a relatively unknown grape variety. Very enjoyable.

A Week in Mendocino; 10/6/2009-10/11/2009: this is a clean, zesty and mineral-driven white. a bit lacking on the palate, there's a solid attack but it drops off at the finish.
