in a good place. balanced and showing right out of the bottle. Beautiful aromas of sandalwood, dark cherry with a richness of body. a small tinge of tertiary aroma which will be interesting if bottle variation or start of evolution. I plan on drinking remaining over next 4-5 years.

Needed 24 hour decant to completely open up. Initially, the wine showed to be flawed with high acid, almost a secondary fermentation. Took until the following day in decanter to resolve itself but then shined.

opened up after 2 hour decant. full bodied and showing polished fruit. Oak is evident but more integrated than I recall. Rich, full wine with no sign of decay. Nose seems slightly shut down. No sign of browning or tertiary aromas. Will be interesting to see how it continues to age. Purchased, imported directly from the winery.
