5/21/2017 5:02:00 PM - Hello Perthor01, Really enjoyed your note on the 2009 La Tour-Martillac, and how it needed 5 years. I think you nailed that note. I also appreciate how you enjoy Bordeaux as this is one of my two favorite regions. My wife and I visited Denmark last summer and found the Danish people to be the friendliest anywhere we have traveled. We loved our visit. Finally, good luck in your cancer research. My wife is a breast cancer survivor for 12 years now. Thanks for all you do. Tusind tak for your notes. Cheers.

9/11/2013 2:30:00 PM - In the relatively reasonable range I've had som faboulous red wines from Chanson recently. Their 2010 Santenay won't break the bank and is really nice in a lighter style. If you can find them, the generic Bourgognes (there are several different cuvees) from Roche de Bellene are also very good bang for your buck, especially the 2009's wich are in a very good place now. For whites, try Vincent Girardin and Henri Boillot. Super stuff throughout the range.
