Initially very savoury on the nose with noticeable alcohol and tart on the palate. Needed at least 30 mins to open up. Some whole bunch (stemminess)? Fairly delicate balance of red fruits and forest floor. Drank over dinner at Lake House Restaurant (Daylesford, VIC Australia) where it was significantly overpriced at >AU$400/bottle.

11 years old but holding up very well - comes across as half its age. The balance of the discernible acid, fruit and tannin indicates this will be good drinking for at least a few more years. I sensed the slightest hint of bitterness, but not enough to detract from the experience.
