  First Chardonnay my wife enjoyed. Very well balanced and Complex while on the dryer side. Long finish for this varietal.

  The nose and palate are very well balanced. Nothing that dominates. I get smoke, butter, citrus and tropical fruit. The oak is present but integrated.
  I always do the same mistake with burgundies and start drinking them too cold. Best at 12-18 degrees Celsius. Doesn’t need to be cellared to be enjoyed.
