Colour: Attractive, bold straw colour. Nose: Rich oak, hints of apple and some floral notes. Palate: Lovely minerality, apple notes with a short citrus finish. Very rich, great with our roast chicken and beetroot.

As long as the 2006 Chateau de Fuisse was cold the wine tasted good but once it warmed just a bit the oak was absolutely overpowering and way out of balance. Why would a vigneron do this to his wine!? I'm sad.
