Maceration for 12 hours, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 5 or 6 months. Then the wine ages for 4 months in oak barrels of 2º use of 500 L. Red fruits, citrus, floral, notes of tomato, quince, with freshness, balanced, vibrant, crunchy and spicy.

This had a pleasing onion skin hue, with an expressive aroma. On the palate it was minerally and saline with flavours of cooked strawberries and caramel. It had complexity and a prolonged if not sweet finish. Perhaps a little atypical for a rosé, but more than acceptable nonetheless. CHP 88 pts

Almost nondescript. Subdued, subtle flavors. Essence of strawberry but so slight. Soft, delicate on the palate. Easy drinking. Swimming pool wine.

Dry rosé with good amount of juicy grapes notes but a fairly dry finish. Refreshing and quiet drinkable.
