Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 91 points

  • Nose: rubber (less so on day 2), elderflower, orange blossom, candied lemon

Not Sweet but with huge pineapple and mango fruit, orange peel, great acid, a little creaminess, long finish, better on day 2 best on 3, in slightly awkward place between fresh and candied/complex, so I'd give it 3-10 more years

Rockss and Fruit

(Van Volxem Scharzhofberger Pergentsknopp) Deep penetrating nose of minerality is the first impression. The palate is very dry due to the high minerality. Incredible density. Very fresh and focused fruit and after some aeration comes some incredible complexity. Really a wow wine.
