Bright citrus and pear fruit accented with some yeasty and biscuit notes, but not showing any oxidative/flor notes to my nose. It's not especially complex and finishes a touch short, but it's still very refreshing and easy to drink.

An atypical Monday (Dale's): Nice toast and citrus nose; palate hollows out a bit. Citrus, toast, slight nuttiness on the palate. Fairly short, somewhat bitter finish.

Similar to previous bottle 04/2015 but more crisp and pungent. White fruit on nose, more crisp and pungent on palate, stones too but also vinous although this bottle kept more present the mousse. I had another bottle from another batch and was clearly younger on palate, so maybe the problem is just my bottles.

Brisk and extremely clean, flavor high on stones, low on fruit. While I enjoyed this wine, I admit I don't know what it is supposed to be reflective of, and I think much of the enjoyment is my love for sparkling wines in general.

From memory, last bottle, seemed more savory than previous, but still would never be confused with Champagne. Not remotely too old, in my opinion.
