Found it to be a very good table Merlot, or as another person mentioned, a good bar wine. Not overly complex, just a good, steady Merlot with some decent fruit and texture. Prob not the greatest QPR however.

Simple, medium-bodied merlot with some tangy berry fruit and notes of mocha, anise and toast. Good by-the-glass wine at a hotel bar, but nothing complicated.

Completely agree with TKS9's tasting note. Not impressed at this price point. Inoffensive in the mouth but I found the tail end and finish to almost be sour. Not sure I would drink this again. Admittedly I have not had a merlot for some time but I was not a fan.

This is a densely colored wine that is youthful and inky in color and opaque. The aromas are plum, currants, anise, and coffee notes. The tastes are plum, currants, cherry, coffee, wet stony notes, licorice and vanilla. The tannins are fine but firm and this wine has a medium to heavy body with a espresso notes on the finish.

Simple and a bit sweet with a light to medium body and a short finish. While seemingly well made, this doesn't rise much above the level of inoffensive and fails to achieve a level of enjoyment commensurate with even its fairly modest price point.
