one of our favorite Rosé wines. Floral notes, a bit of citrus and strawberry. Went well with our guacamole appetizer. Had enough acid to balance out the spice.

Salmon pink color. Bouquet of rose petals, lemon, orange rind, sour cherries, and a touch of mint. Beautifully tailored mouthfeel. Just delicious. Has the elegance and refinement one would expect of a well-made rose from the Loire. (This has opened considerably since my last bottle.)

This bottle wasn't nearly as enjoyable as the first. More ordinary in nature and less complex. Showing some sharpness that wasn't pleasant. Not flawed but as they say not a great bottle. Too bad as the first was a 'wow'.

Very taut and European in style. Virtually no sense of sweetness or fruit. It takes about 45 minutes after de-corking to open and show its stuff. Full and mouthfilling at the same time that it is balanced and precise. Flavors of lemon zest, iron, and bitter orange. Wonderful, elegant bottle. I wouldn't complain if I were to drink it every night.

Really impressed with this. Probably my favorite Rose of the season so far. So light and elegant upon the initial pour but over time puts on a bit of weight. Floral, light and elegant. The style I love. Will be back for more.
