[Tasted Blind] Pours fantastically light. Totally transparent with a very light and clear rim. The nose is beautiful of red cherry, strawberry, fresh thyme, a touch of pickled ginger, lemon peel, dry soil, a touch of wet moss, and perhaps the lightest touch of stemmy spice. Needless too say a wonderful, classic pinot aromatic. The palate enters on sweet red fruit with medium pus acid and medium minus tannin. The finish is long with just a touch of alcohol poking out. Guessed Ontario pinot, but a strong secondary thought it could be burgundy (very light - Beaune or Volnay). On reveal I was pleased to see this is continuing to drink beautifully. Best showing yet in fact. Quite beautiful.

Judgement of Price Edward County: (Tasted Double Blind) Pours really beautifully in the glass; fully transparent and red to the core. Really beautiful spices lead off the aromatic, with red cherries, strawberry, florals, a kiss of not yet integrated oak, and a touch of alcohol. The palate is lightly tannic with good acid and a medium length finish. Quite lovely. This had me fooled as a solid mid-tier burgundy.

Classic pinot noir similar in style to Oregon. Paired well with salmon and pork tenderloin
