Absolutely massive wine--too big for my tastes. PnP, bottle left open, aired out for a few hours.
Very strong nose. Definitely alcohol, but think of ripe red cherries, slightly medicinal, oaky milk chocolate. Palate is full-bodied, jammy red fruit, light acid, some eventually presents, and a good amount of glycerin giving the wine a smooth but thick texture. Finish is pretty hot, but mostly red fruit and hints of cinnamon and other baking spices, maybe even a touch of cola.
Overall, I thought this was unbalanced, overripe, and overtly alcoholic. Could be a party wine for people to get drunk, but I wouldn't consider this a serious wine. With respect to the size of this wine, there is no scenario in which I would have imagined this being Merlot.
Drink now--not for the cellar and certainly not intended to be. The fruit may quiet down, but this won't gain complexity.

Nose: Candied black cherry, raspberry jam, deep brown sugar and vanilla. Full projection.
Mouth: Deep, pure black cherry seamlessly melded to a mid palate of milk chocolate and baking spice. Light acid leads into a short finish of fine tannin and light cinnamon.
Overall: Velvety and easy drinking, this is lush and well integrated with itself without ever becoming flabby. Leans rich in all - a crowdpleaser. 100% Merlot
89.

Out camping with family. Thoroughly enjoying. Brash and bit peppery on the back of the throat. Ok in a plastic cups.

høj drinkabillity. Masser af frugt, masser af alkohol, men det passer fint sammen.

Fun and easy going (in a big Molly way). Not intellectual and not complex and not particularly merlot.
