Purchased at their tasting room a couple of years ago.
Medium(+) gold color, clear
Nose: Medium/medium(+) aromas of apricot with notes of honey, white flowers, and rubber.
Palate: Full bodied, medium(-)/low acidity, medium flavors of apricot and pear with some floral notes. Slightly oily texture. Moderate phenolics. Medium(-) balance and medium complexity. A medium/medium(+) length pear and green apple finish.
I gotta say, I was expecting more - I wish it had more fruit and a touch more acid. It does improve as it opens up for a little while. My guess is that it is past prime. Either way, it is a nice fuller-bodied warmer-weather white. Would pair well with savory chicken dishes.

Straw gold, rich and generous yet crisp with complex integrated flavors including honey, vanilla, & mandarin orange. Served with traditional Colombian Ajiacho chicken stew - beautiful!

Color: medium gold Nose: Wax, honey, yellow plum, sage, coconut, dill, a acacia flower Palate: medium-high acidity, full body. Very intense, hint of sweet, confirms the nose with a huge wave of white flowers Finish: medium
It's pretty incredible that this wine is from the us. Definitely has a roussanne taste to me; excellent at room temp with some air. I don't think this needs that much more time in bottle. Had it with chickpeas and shrimp, was a good pairing because ether acidity is there to make this a food wine really, which means the main white Rhone pitfall is avoided handily

Nice wine. On first sip, there was a lot of that honeysuckle in the mid-palate. Refreshing with a hint of the oaky heaviness. Good acidity. Later, it lost that honeysuckle favor but still a solid wine. There are Rhone style whites I prefer better but a good wine. 66% Rousanne, and then mostly grenache blanc.

Aromas of perfume, cream, honey, and apricots after some time in the bottle. Flavors of limoncello, cream, citrus, apricot, minerals, peach, chalk, and white pepper. Bold with medium plus acidity, a long finish at the start then becomes Short. Amazing with premium sardines. I think this will be perfect in two years
