Has those annoying green notes on palate especially, but on initial sniff, it seems less pronounced.
Body light-medium Alcohol medium Acid medium Viscosity/Mouthfeel low medium enveloped Tannins low Finish medium 30s+ Good wine, without potential fur cellaring, nor improvement.
Will not buy this again. It's such a far cry from anything Drouhin Oregon, especially Roserock!!

Dark ruby color. Cherry notes. Medium tannin, not too dry. Plenty of fruit. Paired with pasta but would be nice with some lamb or even steak. Edit. Tasted even better the second day

Let’s give this Oregon Pinot a little respect. Right away my nose and palate perceived a nice hit of oak. Also noticed a slightly higher than expected viscosity from both a touch of added Syrah and the warmer than typical growing season, which also may have caused a lack of characteristic crispness. But, this Pinot comes across as balanced, fruity in a riper way and herbal across the palate.

Based on other reviews my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed with duck breast with blueberry sauce. Pairing guide recommended an Oregon Pinot with some acidity and this fit the bill nicely.

This is way too bitter for my taste. Letting it open up awhile and will add if it improves.
