Smell: freshly sliced jalapeño peppers, fresh cut grass, and a lemon/lime citrus note.
Taste: Flavors of lemon, lime, mineral, and quince
Overall: A very nice wine that is aging well. It's not as acidic as I remember, but there is still a wonderful balance with this. The vibrant fruit and the acidity play well with one another and went well with the Arugula, passion fruit, and star fruit salad.
Showing a pale yellow in the glass. Scents of fresh cut grass, citrus, flint, and minerals on the nose with brisk acidity on the palate with fresh citrus minerals that lingered nicely along a medium length finish.
color: pale straw with greenish hue nose: apple, pineapple, citrus and lees with hints of celery, herbs and kitty-p crisp and clean with plenty of citrus lift and acidity. nice minerality. The Sauv. Blanc displays the most prominence in this blend.
