Ripe berries, vanilla, a bit of herb, bramble. A bit less pronounced than many other Ridge bottlings. On the palate, not a lot of structure, good richness, but a short finish. Good.

Splendid showing for this wine, which achieved what many Ridge wines do in their more advanced ages--show the impeccable balance between the ripe fruit, the tannic structure, the fine acidity and the signature of the winemaker, a dusty and earthy berry aroma and flavor. Bravo yet again.

Definitely past it’s peak. No structure , no tannins, just a hint of sweetness (oxidation?), but still pleasant

Little bit corked, but despite that, I'd guess this would have been better a year ago. Drink now or regret it later.

Mellow and layered, with some dusty berry flavors and a nice hint of leather.
