Maybe this still has an upside, but it is really hard to imagine how red one can be better than this....

During a Paulee dinner so only brief impressions: initially very closed/reduced, needed a double decant and a lot of air. Then showed its pedigree with haunting aromas of dried meat, Vosne spices, red fruit. Very good density, yet elegant, no 2009 plumpness visible. Grand wine. Do not drink before 2025 if you want to experience the full package.

Paulee at Grand Hyatt in Singapore. WOTN by a fair margin. Very aromatic and fresh, showing non of the ripeness one might expect in 09. Awesome balance and length. Wow wine
