II bottle: become golden with greenish tones. Strangely more fruity at nose: Pineapple and banana, then clearly mineral. A bit of sweet wood coming out with time Same as first bottle at taste, but a bit PASSED, wood/honey coming out on mineral/fruit.

Minneapolis Wine Club, Domestic Pinots, Blind: Medium gold color. Nice nose with sweetish tropical fruits, smoke, citrus and melon. Palate is consistent, just a hint of bitterness on the finish.

Full straw yellow, with golden tones. Brilliant and consistent. Intense, complex and fine: Fruity: hazelnut, agrumes, quartz. Butter and sweet wood. Second day + wood -fruit. Dry, alcoholic (13,5%) and medium rounded. Good acidity and MINERALITY. Body: 7; Equlibrated - (a bit harsh). Intense, persistent and fine.
Good full mouth, but wood coming out a bit too much on second day..(First day I gave a 89)

This is very nice Chardonnay from an obscure area in the Macon. Medium gold color. Hint of oxidation on the noses says drink me in the next yr or so. The palate on this is quite interesting with tropical notes and decent acidity for 03'. Round but not flabby. Kind of a poor man's Meursault. A very tasty Chard but drink it now. Don't wait 12 months. Paid $14 at Haskells locally. $30 on the net.

Really didn't show the hear of the vintage. Very well balanced clean wine.
