From a magnum in Burgundian glass. Golden tint, clear and bright. Delicate bubbles. Crisp nose of yeast and peach. Peach, underripe pear, and floral notes on the palate. Good acidity. Drinking really well.

I've been holding this for over four years. Bottle age has given the lemony, flinty, and toasty bouquet an attractive candied edge. Long and complex in the mouth, it possesses an infinitesimal bead that lends precision and delineation to the loquat, quince, and green apple flavors. Vibrant, energetic, and racy, with wet stones on the finish.

Nice yellow hue, yeast on the nose. Good acidity to complement the peach, lemon, and floral notes. I think this is drinking very well and should continue over the next couple years. I think it will be fading by the end of the decade, but who knows. Nothing wrong with drinking these now.

Nice mousse but bubbles are fading out, it’s got some really nice fruit and perfect acidity, beautiful sparkler.
