found this very enjoyable and got better with time. even though there is oxidation I thought there was still sufficient acidity and fruit to keep it in balance. not tired at all, but past its best.

In the bouquet minerality which reminds me of sea shells. On the palate very dry with a lot of tart apple acidity and minerals. There are some signs that this wine is very mature, which is not really a surprise after it was revealed. Beautiful, precise and complex wine, which I personally probably would have preferred a bit younger. I nevertheless score it.

Dreamtasting #4 (Restaurant de Watermolen, Kasterlee): Stony, mineral nose with good focus, clean, bright, tart, interesting nuances of flintstone and soap. Lean (not thin) body and pronounced acidity, spicy hints of cloves and nutmeg, also rubber, a faint hint of oxidation in the back. Well developed, wonderful wine, yet very hard to describe and determine. 17.5-18/20
