Pronounced nose of allspice, sweet aged clove, gingerbread. Slightly sweet. Dark red color, red/dark red fruit body, lingering finish of spice box, spruce. If you like this kind of thing, greate value for $6ish at Trader Joe. I have bought more.

Ripe berry and cherry aroma and flavors. On the palate, some sweetness, too, even hints of chocolate. It all leads to some sweet tea flavors on the medium finish. Light body, mild tannins. Easy to drink.

Opened and drank right away. N: A little oak, a little alcohol T: Some sweetness, a little chocolate, lots of (overly) ripe fruit. F: Some tannins and alcohol. Color is dark ruby, low clarity, slightly heavy body, has a chalky mouth feel. The sweetness, alcohol, heavy body and light oak of this wine made me think that this would be a perfect wine for sangria. Some fresh fruit could add something to the flavors here and the wine is thick enough to handle some watering down. As a food wine it would be fine with burgers or pizza. By itself it is a generic tasting wine that leaves a chalky/gritty coating to the mouth. I could see this being a crowd pleaser because of the straightforward fruity sweetness. At $6 you get what you pay for here.
