  Another great showing from 2008. Classic Pycm. Lots of citrus fruit flavours. Still very linear and very precise. Touch of matchstick on the finish.
  If I had some more, I would hold for another few years to become more relaxed.

  very open for business. linear and clean on the palate, but shaken off that piercing acidity and focus PYCM has when young.

  During a tasting. Medium yellow. I very much liked the mineralic, citrus fruit nose with flowers and a touch vanilla. Medium-full bodied with excellent freshness. A really grand Chard.
