Maybe too early, but I needed to know the shape it was in. Simply great, no decant just poured into Zalto Burgundy, amazing bright and dark color, nose lovely fruity, taste a bit raw with integrated tannin, but true seduction is on.

As for Gevrey-Chambertin, I think that Nuits St-Georges are good values in this crazy world of overpriced Burgundy wines... This one could age 5 to 10 years more easily. Still a good balanced wine with fruit (raspberry), white pepper, thyme. The extra cellar time will allow better integration of toasted oak background.
