From magnum, under synthetic cork. It’s lost it’s effervescence somewhat, though a faint spritz remains. Lightly fruited, saline, and minerally driven. This was a big hit at a summer bbq, and a beautiful pair with the warm summer sun, salads, and bbq chicken.

Screw top. Medium-deep pinkish salmon, gentler coloration than Tavel. Not uniquely distinguished, but strikes an uncommon balance between appeal and subtlety. Red fruit and floral nose, neither noticeably high nor low RS, acidity in good balance, enough fruit on the palate. Lightish-bodied (11% abv, bravo!) without being thin.
A very good afternoon aperitif, stress-tested with aged cheeses and similar accompaniments. Medium-length finish, enjoyed by both attentive and casual drinkers. Not for aging. A good reminder why we all benefit by venturing from the usual grapes; this is made from old vine indigenous grapes. 90+

Still bright and delicious, much less vegetal than the 2021... this is the one to save a few bottles of for next summer.

Less complex abdabit flat compared to previous bottles. A fine rosé and still better than most rosés out there.
