Last bottle from 5-½ cases purchased over the years. Still drinking wonderfully, which suggest that it could go considerably longer. Based on price, quality, and drinkability (w/food and w/o), this is one of my all-time favorite wines. So sad to see this go. With the end-of-stock price of $6.95 from JJB, this was one of the best-ever QPRs.

Penultimate bottle from multiple purchases over the years (5-½ cases total). Still so fresh and vibrant and delicious, you would not guess that it's a 10-year old SB. The last, and final bottle ever, will be a sad event. I'm already tearing up.

Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 is a very good wine.
I have had a few vintages of this wine, and they have been very consistent. Not dramatically outstanding, but solid and easy to drink. This vintage was in that mold.
As noted by some others (and consistent with my experience), although the wine is pure sauvignon blanc, it tastes as if there is some Semillon in the mix.
Although 10yo, the wine is crisp and shows no signs of degradation. Nevertheless, I think drinking sooner rather than later is a good idea. Noting this, I may put a bottle or two away just to see what happens.

Can't believe how youthful and fresh this is, at ~9 years. Wonderful fruit flavors (lemon zest, starfruit, apple) and flowers. Acidity is just right, too.

Second bottle in the past two months that has a little brown-sugar oxidation aspect. While I don't necessarily dislike that change, it is different than the wine that I fell in love with. Still some nice lemony elements and refreshing acidity, though. This wine is 8+ yrs. old, which is not terribly old for quality Brdx Blanc, but I think that this wine is starting to drop off its drinking plateau.
