  Almost green-ish yellow. Floral honey smell that continues into the taste. Very acidic. Refreshing and tasty.

  Had with korean pork belly ssam, a wonderful match. 2nd bottle of a closeout, this time around the acidity seemed a bit more pronounced and overall a tad closed even after 2 hrs of air. 14% abv.
