Opened it with friends. Much better than some of the other 95s I have had. The fruits are blossoming and the tannins have completely dissipated. If you have one in your cellar, drink it now!

Colour indicating some age but still reddish, not orange colour. Surprisingly powerfull on the palate but quite restrained on the palate. Loads of kirsch, garrigue, barnyard and dark berries. Most probably at the start of the the window of maturity - best bottle so far.

Beautiful red colour, starting to become orange/tawny at the rim. On the nose a wonderful sweet bouquet of bacon, smoke, thyme, prunes and raspberries. On the palate a smooth and well balanced feel with plenty of grip in the aftertaste. The backbone is surely there. Lacks a bit of complexity but hell - this is not an expensive CdP and delivers loads of pleasure. Best experience with this wine so far. Just reaching maturity but will surely last.

This bottle was far more mature than other bottles consumed over the last year. Soft and round, not having the tannic edge other bottles have been marked by. Thoroughly enjoyable. Apart from this, very much the same charateristics as earlier bottles.
