  This wine had a beautiful bouquet when I first uncorked it, but tasted somewhat thin and acidic. After a 6 hour decant, it improved in balance, but still lacked the complexity and depth I remember from the last bottle we had. I think now I might prefer St. Supery Cabernets overall

  PnP. Lovely dark red color. Eucalyptus, cedar, caramel, and dark cherries on the nose. A nice sweetness on the palate with nice tannins and complexity. Might have to upgrade my score as this keeps getting better. Medium depth and long finish that has some port on the tail end.

  Aged nicely. Decanted for 2 hours.
  
  Cooked black fruits on the nose with with earthy scents as well. Tastes of black fruits, cherry, cooked fruits with some forrrest floor and hint of eucalyptus. Everything was balanced nicly.
