Burgundy Red. France, Burgundy, Bourgogne (Appellation). Rose transparent red color. Luscious Berry perfume aroma. The light body simple fruity and quick tannic simplistic finish is much too short -- and leaves you wanting something just a bit more complex. The texture is smooth and slightly earthy. It's a fun, table wine...that longs for a bit more aging.

As predicted by some ;-) I'm starting to appreciate PN more and more. This one from Bouchard Àiné & Fils is now more of an old friend, in spite of being a budget level wine.
Reasonably good level of acidity. Fruity with a bit of cherries, other red berries including lingonberries. Some spiciness.

Weekly tasting group RWP #266: Pinot Noir worldwide (@ RW): In the bouquet red berries like strawberries. On the palate autumn forest, good, juicy and round acidity as well as mild tannin.

No difference from the 2015, very good and well worth the money. Easy on the tongue but still rich in taste.
