From a rich year, citrus (more on the orange side), stony with a high salinity. Drinking well, but will become more compact and shred its baby fat with some years of additional cellaring, reminds me on 2009, which are excellent now 91+

Really interesting. Not typical but, with time, not atypical either. Medium gold. A bit fat at first, but with air the chablis structure reasserted itself. Some tropical notes but with linearity. Evolving in the glass throughout. Interesting to see where this goes.

This wasn't like I would have expected a Chablis. A lot less steely minerality and acidity but more warm and creamy.
The note was rather tropical with a bit of ripe peach, citrus, yellow pear, white flowers, some wet stone and a bit of sea breeze.
Palate was slightly warm and rounded and less acidity than I was expecting - and love. Yellow apple, yellow pear, ripe peach, caramelized pineapple, some citrus fruit peels (from some sweeter citrus fruits), the white flowers again and a beautiful saline minerality. Slight creamy butter feel as well.
I don't know if it's the vintage or the style but I was just looking for more acidity to kick me in the face with a bit more freshness and lively playful unripe notes.

Lots of pineapple called out by Nick. Not as stoney mineral, as it is seashells on the palate. Rounder than angular. And a generously styled wine with initial maturity showing, makes you wonder how long it’s got, but it’s also got something to the palate that could into something or another down the road. definitely one for more investigation.

Crisp and mineral nose with a hint of tropical fruit. Sharp and crisp on the palate, definitely with a bit more opulence than the 2014, probably due to the vintage. Long finish. Delicious.
