Return to Aus; 6/23/2019-7/5/2019 (Adelaide, South Australia wine regions, Tassie, Yarra, etc.): Stuck in the airport at 9:30 am and while that's the official time it's actually half a world away and so my body is quite sure that wine is acceptable at this moment. So off we go to a spanish tapas place and rather than partake of the breakfast get a couple of glasses. This was very reasonably priced and also very drinkable. It's that easy white that maybe has a touch of the tart and the just slightly unripe but in a way that is still very drinkable. Very one dimensional. But easy.

Pintxos and antipasti spanish and italian textural whites (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Peach, leather, herbs, sightly briny notes. Juicy, fleshy and textured, peach and spice with slight salinity; not so herby on the palate. Finishes a little warm. Okay
