PnP. Straw with fallow brass edge in color. Pungent nose of allspice, cinnamon, white flowers, kiwi, honeysuckle and some oak which blew off in the span of ~10 mins. Medium weight on the palate with mouth watering acidity, expressing notes of white peach, meyer lemon, kiwi, granny smith and physalis. Long finish of meyer lemon, chalky minerality and granny smith. So much going on with this wine...as other commenters noted, it shares that quality of high-end Burgundy in that it can be beguiling by virtue of being both ethereal and weighty, sweet and dry, intense and yielding, precise and dynamic. Just lovely stuff!

Method: fridge temp; pop and pour (Coravin); Burg glass
Look: medium straw, faint green hue
Nose: lemon, lemon cream, seashell, oyster, bit of banana cream pie
Palate: lemon, minerality / seashell, table salt; medium finish white pepper, light herbs; dry; full- round body; medium+ to high- acidity; low- tannin/phenolics
Overall thoughts: Pretty great nose that's largely reflected on the palate, both showing decent complexity. Really nice fuller body with pretty great acidity and structure in general. Sure this will improve with time. Great wine!

Nose: melon, cream, lemon, key lime pie
Palate: key lime pie, seashell, lemon; long finish of lemon and minerals; full - body, very smooth and voluptuous; med + acidity, mouth watering.
Overall: It's a good structure, the nose is fascinating and it's yummy to drink
