This rosé is an ode to the art of Champagne blending. Constituting 25% of the estate's sales, this vintage requires every attention. Elegant rosé, very gentle, on raspberry, with great length and freshness due to its majority of chardonnay. Delicate and fresh.

Strawberries chalk, fresh cream and florals on the nose. Bright and fresh with a fine bead, snappy fresh red fruits, and deftly does low dosage. Finishes clean yet simultaneously with good length. Excellent balance. Well done. 92

(NV Marc Hébrart Rosé Brut) ($58.00) The fragrance is classy, and the palate is almost stately. This wants more time on the cork. It has perfect posture, especially for a wine with this much fruit. How to you reconcile the cool grey-silvery salty tongue action with the tomato-basil tertiary depth? 47% CH, 46% PN and 7% still PN of Mareuil. Essentially ‘08/’07, disgorged 10/20/10.

Always such a pleasure to drink. Crisp red fruit on the nose and palate. Light and balanced fruit. Good entry into spring.
