Opened early decanted this twice and it barely budged. I would stay away from the rest for another few years.

I didn’t find this hard, or particularly tannic, but it’s certainly tight. Doesn’t feel like it’s moved much in 4 years since my last note…pretty classic Roumier in all regards

Needs a lot of time also maybe the vintage. Still a bit rough, ripe and dark fruits. Tannin and alcoholic. Not very settled

Needs a lot more time, in contrast to 2010. Slightly awkward phase where primary fruit has dropped somewhat but tannins yet to resolve, such that wine feels harder than where I'd expect this to settle with another 10 years.

Floral, super polished aromatics with more primary notes than 2010. The ripeness is obvious and if there’s a fault, it’s that the palate finishes with tinge of bitterness as solar vintages often can.
